What you will find there
- Billing Details: Billing Cycle, Next Billing Date, Current Price and Payment Method. During a trial, a banner above it shows the days remaining.
- Subscription Plans: every plan side by side, with its Usage Limits (services, customers, staff, invoices and quotes a month, text segments, emails, AI requests and storage) and the features it includes. Your plan has a Current badge.
- Add-ons: extras you can buy on top of your plan.
- Payment History: past subscription payments.
Changing your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Under Subscription Plans, click Switch to on the plan you want.
- During a trial, or with no card on file, a secure checkout opens: complete it. On a paid plan, a dialog shows what changes. Confirm an upgrade and you pay the prorated difference straight away; a downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Which plan has what
- Every plan: Home, Calendar, Jobs, Customers, Invoices, Quotes, Services, Staff and Quick Quote.
- Accelerator adds the Pulse Board, Client Portal, your own email domain, the Power Dialer, team training, in-house document signing and AI insights in the Message Center.
- Dominator adds the Wrapstart AI agents and AI Receptionist, AI quote drafting, calls with recording and transcripts, Google reviews, Design Proofs, video inspections, Email Campaigns, DocuSign and the Wrapstart API.
Important
When you downgrade, data in features the new plan does not include can be permanently deleted. Read the dialog before you confirm.
Tip
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Accelerator. On iPhone, Accelerator and Dominator can also be bought in the app through Apple, and are managed in your iPhone's Settings under your name > Subscriptions.
