In a mobile browser
The web app works on phones and tablets. Tap the menu icon at the top left to open the sidebar. Search, +, messages and notifications stay in the header.
The Wrapstart app
- The bottom bar has Calendar, Leads, Messages, Quotes and More by default. Calendar stays first and More stays last; choose the three in the middle under More > Bottom navigation.
- The + button creates a Lead, Quote, Proposal, Customer, Invoice, Job or Expense. It is hidden on the Messages tab.
- More lists the other pages the app has, plus your account settings: Plan, Profile, Notifications, Appearance (System, Light or Dark), Calling and more.
- New shops can start with Set up with Wrapstart AI under More.
Face ID and Touch ID login
- Log in once with your email and password. The app offers to save the login for Face ID or Touch ID.
- Or turn it on later under More > Face ID & Touch ID (called Fingerprint on Android).
- Next time, the login screen asks for Face ID by itself, and has a Log in with Face ID button, so you do not need to type your password.
- Turn on Lock when reopening on the same screen to ask for Face ID every time the app opens.
Good to know
Face ID login works for email and password logins. You can also sign in with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
The Wrapstart Staff app for your crew
Crew members use a separate app, Wrapstart Staff. It has Jobs, Time, Schedule, Stats, Training, Messages and Me; some tabs only show when you turn them on in Staff Portal settings.
