Leads and messages on your phone

Find and work leads, reply to texts and emails, use suggested replies, and approve AI messages from the Wrapstart app.

Your leads

Tap Leads. Search at the top, and tap a status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Lost or Closed) to narrow the list. If you have more than one lead board, board pills show too. A sparkle on a lead means the Lead Agent is working it.

The options icon at the top chooses what each lead shows, like value, vehicle, source, last engaged or assignee. To delete a lead, swipe it left.

Open a lead

  • Tap the status to change it.
  • Tap Call, Text or Email to reach them. Press and hold a phone number or email to copy it.
  • Under Pipeline, tap Board, Team member or Lead Agent to move the lead, assign it, or start, pause or stop the agent.
  • Under Next steps, tap Quick Book, Create quote, Create proposal or Convert to customer.
  • Tap Notes to add or edit notes.
  • Tap the pencil to edit the lead. The ⋯ menu has Close lead, Block as spam and Delete lead.

To add a lead, tap + on the Leads screen. Enter a name and an email or phone number, add a source, vehicle or note if you like, and tap Create lead.

Your messages

Tap Messages. Customers holds your texts and emails; Team holds chats with your team. Search, or tap Unread to see only the ones waiting on you.

To text someone new, open their lead or customer and tap Text or Email. To clear several conversations, press and hold one, select the others and delete.

Reply

  1. Open the conversation. Tap the name at the top to open their lead or customer.
  2. If you have both their phone and email, pick Text or Email above the box.
  3. Type your reply, or tap Suggest replies for up to three AI suggestions, or Write a draft.
  4. Tap the camera to add photos, up to 10.
  5. Send.

Press and hold a message to Copy message, Share to job chat or Teach the agent.

Approve AI messages

When the AI wants your OK before it sends, go to More, then AI, then Review the queue. Approve or reject each one, or all at once. You can also act straight from the notification.

Quotes, invoices and bookings

  • Quotes: send, accept, schedule, convert to an invoice, or collect or record a deposit.
  • Invoices: send, take a card payment, or record a payment.
  • Bookings: call or text the customer, get directions, scan the VIN, or open the team chat.
