The top of the page
- The lead's name, with the assignee button, the board (if you use boards) and the next step, such as a follow-up date.
- Call (when the lead has a phone number), Message and Edit.
- The Pipeline strip shows the current stage and how long the lead has been in it. Click a stage to move the lead.
- The More actions menu (three dots): Call with AI, New quote, New proposal, Draft quote with AI, Draft proposal with AI, Book appointment, Convert to customer, Merge with customer, Block as spam and Delete lead.
The tabs
- Overview: contact details, interested services, vehicles, priority, source, estimated value, notes, tags, and the AI engagement switch.
- Activity: notes, scheduled activities and the full timeline.
- Messages: the text and email conversation, with Open in Message Centre.
- Quotes & Proposals: the lead's quotes and proposals, with New quote, New Proposal and AI draft.
- Bookings: jobs booked for the lead.
- Files: files you upload (up to 10MB each) and files from messages.
Add a vehicle
- On Overview, under Vehicles, click Add vehicle.
- Use Search vehicle to find it, or browse, enter a VIN, or type it in yourself. Picking one fills in the year, make, model and size.
- Add the Trim, VIN, License plate, Color or Condition if you know them.
- Click Add Vehicle, or Save & add another for a second vehicle.
Notices you may see
- This looks like a returning customer: the lead has the same email or phone as a customer. Click Link to customer to keep their history together.
- A possible duplicate lead: click Merge to combine them, or Not now.
Tip
Turn off AI engagement on Overview to keep Wrapstart AI away from a lead you want to handle yourself.
