Build a call list
- On Leads, tick the leads you want to call.
- Choose Add to call list from the bar.
- Pick an existing list, or click New list, give it a name and an optional date, then click Add to list.
A lead that is already on the list isn't added twice.
Dial through it
- On Leads, click Call Lists, then Start on a list (Resume if you have started it before).
- Click Call with the lead's name. Use Skip to move past someone, or click any lead in the queue to jump to them.
- Pick how the next call starts: Manual dial (no countdown), or auto-dial after 5, 8 or 15 seconds. During a countdown, use Pause or Dial now.
- After each call, choose an answer under How did it go?: No answer, Left voicemail, Talked — interested, Talked — not interested, Booked appointment, Callback or Wrong number.
- Click End session when you are done. You'll see how many you dialed, talked to, booked and set callbacks for.
Each outcome is saved as a note on the lead. You can also tick Also mark lead Lost, or send a follow-up text when nobody answered.
Scripts, notes and voicemail
- Add a Call script to the list and it shows beside every call.
- Type in the notes box during a call. The notes are saved with the outcome.
- Set up your Voicemail message once. During a call, click Drop voicemail to leave it and move on.
Callbacks
Pick Callback and choose a date. It starts as tomorrow. The lead goes on a list called Callbacks for that date, ready to dial that day.
Tidy up your lists
In Call Lists, click Archive to put a list away and keep its history, or Delete to remove it. Deleting a list never deletes leads.
Leads who opted out of contact are skipped automatically. Outside your contact hours, the dialer warns you before you call. Voicemail drop isn't available when your calls go through RingCentral. The power dialer works in the browser only.
