The Leads tab
- Total Leads, Open Pipeline, Win Rate and Avg Deal Value at the top.
- Lead → Revenue Funnel: how many leads became quotes, bookings and paid jobs.
- New Leads Over Time, By Source and Service Interest: where leads come from and what they asked about.
- Source Performance: leads, pipeline value, average value and win rate for each source.
- Campaign Performance: each ad campaign followed through to leads, quotes, quoted value and Paid revenue. It appears once leads arrive with UTM campaign tags, so tag every ad link.
Click the Export CSV button at the top of the Leads tab to download the funnel.
The Attribution tab
A log of every tracked visit and conversion on the shop's lead forms, online store and deposit pages.
- Events: Page visit, Form view, Form submitted, Booking submitted and Deposit paid (with the amount).
- Channel: Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Other, Organic Search, Organic Social, Email, SMS, Referral or Direct. Wrapstart works this out from the ad click ID, UTM tags and referring site.
- Contact: links to the lead the visit turned into, or shows Anonymous.
- Source / Medium, Campaign, Ad / Term and Referrer for each event.
Use First attribution to credit the campaign that first brought each person in, or Last attribution to credit the click right before they converted. Filter by channel or event type with the dropdowns.
Conversions are recorded by Wrapstart's servers, so ad blockers don't hide them. Anonymous visits are kept for 180 days. Events tied to a lead are kept permanently.
Tag every ad link
Campaign reports are only as good as the links behind them. Add UTM tags to every ad, post and email link that points at a form or the online store, for example:
https://yourclient.com/quote?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid_social&utm_campaign=spring_ppf
Google Ads and Meta add their click IDs (gclid, fbclid) by themselves when auto-tagging is on.
