Creating your Wrapstart account

Sign up

1. On the sign-up page, enter your First name, Last name, Business name, Email address and a Password (at least 6 characters) twice, plus a Referral code if you have one. Click Create account & start trial. Or type your business name and use Continue with Google below the form.
2. Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link. If it does not arrive, check spam or use Resend verification email.

Onboarding

1. Personalize your look: pick Light Theme or Dark Theme. You can change it later.
2. A quick snapshot of your business: a few questions such as team size and years in business.
3. Set up your shop: search for your business by name to fill in its details from Google, check the owner's first and last name, phone number, website and address, then click Save & Continue.

First Steps on Home

After onboarding you land on Home, where the First Steps tab lists what is left to set up. When it is offered, Set up with Wrapstart AI comes first: in one chat it adds your services and prices, publishes your online shop, brings your leads in and sorts out your phone number, and you approve everything. The other steps are Set up your stations, Build your service list, Add your team members (your staff list under Resources > Staff), Configure business settings and, on plans with Wrapstart AI, Set up your AI agent. Home also has Import Customers and Import Invoices if you are moving from another system.
