Set up with Wrapstart AI is a chat that sets up your shop with you. It suggests each change, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
Open it
- On the web: Home, then the First Steps tab, then Set up with Wrapstart AI. Once you've started, it says Finish setting up with Wrapstart AI.
- In the mobile app: More, then Set up with Wrapstart AI under Get set up.
Only the account owner sees it. It's the same conversation on the web and on your phone, so you can start on one and finish on the other.
What it covers
- Services and prices: adds your services and categories with their prices and options.
- Online shop: gets your online shop published.
- Leads coming in: gives you your lead form to put on your website, and helps you connect Facebook and Instagram.
- Phone number: gets you a Wrapstart number or connects your own. If the AI Receptionist is on your plan, it also sets it up and offers a test call.
Approve its changes
- When it suggests changes, a card lists them with a tick box each. Untick anything you don't want.
- Click Approve (it shows how many, for example Approve 4) or Approve all to save them, or Decline to skip.
- Answer its questions in the box at the bottom.
Click Close to leave and come back later, or I'm all set when you're done.
