Block spam leads

Block a lead

1. On Leads, open the lead's menu and choose Block. On the lead's page, use More actions, then Block as spam.
2. Add a Reason if you like, for example Robocall.
3. Click Block.

To block several at once, tick them on Leads and choose Block from the bar.

What happens

• The lead is hidden from Leads. It isn't deleted.
• New texts, calls, form submissions and emails from that phone number and email are ignored. Someone sending your form still sees the normal thank-you message.
• The Lead Agent, running automations and scheduled messages stop for that lead.

Unblock someone

Go to Settings, then Blocked contacts. Each entry shows when it was blocked, the reason, and how many attempts were ignored. Click Unblock and confirm. The lead comes back to Leads.
