Booking confirmations and reminders

Reminders cut no-shows. Wrapstart can confirm each booking and remind the customer before they come in.

Automatic reminders

  1. Open Wrapstart AI and choose the Booking Reminder Agent. (Settings → Templates → Booking reminders takes you to the same place.)
  2. Turn on the messages you want: the Confirmation Message, the 24-Hour Reminder and the 2-Hour Reminder.
  3. Edit the wording of each one and save.

Send a reminder by hand

Open the booking and go to Reminders & Communication. Click Send SMS Reminder or Send Email Reminder.

Build your own with automations

For anything else, build an automation. These triggers are made for bookings:

  • Booking Created and Customer First Booking.
  • Booking Status Changed, Booking Rescheduled and Booking Revised.
  • Staff Assigned to Booking.
  • Days Before Date, for reminders a set number of days ahead.
  • Deposit Paid.
