Save or print a quote as a PDF

Use a PDF when you want to print a quote or attach it somewhere yourself.

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Click View PDF to open the quote as the customer sees it.
  3. Click Download PDF. Your browser's print window opens. Choose Save as PDF to save it, or pick a printer.

The PDF has your logo (when Show Business Logo is on in your quote settings), your header colour, the line items, notes, terms and totals, and the signature once accepted. Customers can download the same PDF from their quote page.
