Automation templates and building with AI

Start from a template

1. On Automations, click + New Automation, then Start from a template.
2. Search, or pick a category like Lead Follow-up, Post-Job, Review Request or Warranty.
3. Click a template (Use Template). Wrapstart creates the automation, paused, and opens it.
4. Read every step and change the wording to suit your shop.
5. Click Activate when you're happy with it.

Templates include instant replies to new leads, missed call text-back, booking confirmations and reminders, payment reminders, review requests, quote and invoice chasers that repeat until the customer acts, proof approvals, warranty reminders, email follow-up series and the crew's day sheets and work orders. Templates marked with a sparkle use the Lead Agent.

Build one with AI

1. Click + New Automation, then Start from scratch.
2. In the Create with Wrapstart AI box at the top, describe what you want, for example "Text the customer 2 days after their job asking how everything looks". Click Show examples for ideas.
3. Click Generate. It fills in the name, trigger, steps, safeguards and goal.
4. Check every step and change anything that isn't right.
5. Click Save. Nothing is saved until you do, and saving turns it on.

You can also ask Wrapstart AI (the robot icon in the header) to build one. It shows a Build Automation card; click Build it and the builder opens filled in for you to check and save.
