Standing rules
- Open the Learnings tab and choose Standing rules.
- Click Add rule, type it (for example "Never quote a full wrap without seeing the vehicle first"), pick a category and click Save rule.
A standing rule is absolute. Every reply is checked against your standing rules before it goes out.
Corrections and what it learned
- Taught holds corrections you gave it. Click Add correction and Commit to memory to add one.
- Learned holds what it picked up from past conversations. Turn on Review new insights before the agent uses them to approve each one first. Click Retire on any it should stop using.
- When it suggests new rules, a banner says how many are waiting. Click Review, then Approve or decline each one. It follows none of them until you approve.
Teach from a message
- On the lead's panel, click Teach the agent on one of its messages or drafts.
- Say what it should have done differently.
- Click Distill the lesson to turn it into a rule, or I'll write the rule myself, then Commit to memory.
On your phone, press and hold one of the agent's messages in a conversation and choose Teach the agent.
Coach
The Coach tab is a chat. Click Interview me about the gaps and answer its questions, or ask it things like What would you never promise?. Rules and facts it saves from your answers show under its reply, each with Undo.
Practice
On the Practice tab, try it on a pretend lead. Invent a customer, use one from a past lead or describe one, choose whether they text or email, and see how it replies. Nothing is sent to anyone.
On your phone, More > AI > Rules has Coach your agent, your standing rules and Teach the agent.
