Staff report: jobs, hours, pay and profit

The totals

Jobs Completed, Hours Worked, Payments, Commissions (with how much is still owed), Total Comp (base pay plus commission) and Reimbursements for the whole team.

Gross Profit Contribution

For each person: what they Produced (the booked value of the completed jobs they led), the Materials on those jobs, Their pay, and what's left as their Contribution, with the Margin and the contribution Per hour.

Staff Performance

A row per person with Type, Jobs, Hours, Payments, Commissions, Total Comp, Revenue and Reimbursements. Click Filters to show only Employees or Contractors. Click a name to see their numbers, Recent Jobs and Commissions.

Where the numbers come from

• Jobs: completed bookings in the range. Jobs where they helped show as (+N).
• Hours: their approved timesheet hours, or the estimated hours of their completed jobs if they have no timesheets.
• Commissions: commissions earned in the range. Revoked and rejected ones don't count.
• Total Comp: base pay (hourly rate times hours, or salary for the days in the range) plus commission.

The download button beside the date range exports the staff table, following the Filters choice, with pay structure, base pay and commissions owed.
