Make a board
- Open More > Portals > Pulse Board.
- Click New Board (or Create First Board).
- Turn the board on with the switch at the top.
- Give it a Board Name for yourself, and optionally a Board Title for the screen and an Accent Color. Choose the Calendar View Range.
- Click Save Settings. Its link appears at the top.
- Click Copy and open the link in the TV's browser.
Choose what it shows
- Visibility Controls: customer names, vehicle details, staff names, pricing and revenue, payment status, job notes and phone numbers.
- Display Options: light or dark, Text Size (up to Huge for across the shop), how jobs sort within a day, and Auto-Scroll The Board.
- Announcement: a banner under the header until you clear it.
- Filters: only certain job stages, bays or services.
Important
If customers can see the screen, turn off Pricing & Revenue, Job Notes and Phone Numbers.
Keep it private
Turn on Password Protection to ask for a PIN or passphrase before the board shows. If a link gets out, click the refresh icon next to it to make a new one. The old link stops working.
