Price Book: pricing by make, model and year

The Price Book is your price list by vehicle. Each row prices one service, or a whole service category, for a make, model and years. Quotes, invoices, Quick Quote, the online shop and the AI agents all use these prices.

Adding a price

  1. Open More, then Price Book (in the Sales group).
  2. Click Add price. The Add Pricing Item panel opens.
  3. Enter the Year (for example 2023, or 2020-2024; leave blank for all years), the Make and Model (use "Any" to cover every make or model), and the Type. Make, Model and Type are required.
  4. Pick the Service, or leave it on Any service in a category and pick the Service Category. Enter the Base Price and, if you offer one, the Premium Price. Add Notes if you like.
  5. Click Add Item. Switch Active off to keep a row without using it.

Importing your price sheet

Click Import and choose where your prices are now:

  • Photo, PDF or Excel price sheet: a photo (JPEG or PNG), PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file up to 8 MB. Wrapstart reads the prices for you to check.
  • From your website: reads the prices on your site.
  • CSV file: needs Service Category and Base Price columns; Vehicle Make, Vehicle Model, Year (2023, 2020-2024 or 2020+), Type, Premium Price, Notes, Active and Service are optional. Rows already in your Price Book are skipped.

Exporting and changing prices in bulk

Export downloads your vehicle prices as a CSV. Adjust prices raises or lowers many prices at once by a percentage (Change by %), with Round to for tidy numbers; select rows first to adjust only those. Selected rows can also be switched on, switched off or deleted together. Rows that are switched off are not used by Quick Quote or the AI.

Tip

Start with broad rows (Make "Any", Model "Any" for a category) and add exact make and model rows only where the price is different.
