Your plan
The top shows your Current Plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and the next billing date. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Accelerator, with no card needed.
Change plan
- In Settings, then Billing, click Switch to on the plan you want. On the full billing page, pick Monthly or Annual first (annual saves 15%), then Upgrade or Downgrade.
- Confirm the change.
An upgrade starts straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at the end of your current period.
Add-ons
Under Add-ons, click Add to my plan to add extras like a Wrapstart number or the AI Receptionist; you pay the part-period today. Remove keeps it until the end of the period. The AI Receptionist is included on Dominator.
Card and invoices
On the full billing page, click Manage payment method & invoices to update your card or download past invoices. If a payment fails, a banner asks you to Update payment method; your data is kept.
If you subscribed in the Wrapstart iPhone app, Apple bills you. Change or cancel your plan in the app under More, then Plan, or in your Apple settings.
