Invoice and Quote tabs
- Both tabs: Branding (Header Bar Color and Header Style), Show Business Logo, Show Vehicle Photo (off to start with), and Default Terms Documents, the agreement files added to every new quote, invoice and proposal.
- Invoice tab: Accept Tips and Suggested tip percentages, Payment Terms, Starting Invoice Number, and Custom Text (Success Message and Footer Text).
- Quote tab: Default Deposit on Quotes, Starting Quote Number, and Google reviews to show your newest Google reviews on quotes and proposals.
A preview shows the Payment Page and the PDF Invoice. One Save Settings button saves both tabs, and you can switch tabs without losing changes.
Proposal tab
- Style: a Preset look, colours, font, corners and a cover image.
- Numbering & validity: Start numbering at and how many days a proposal is valid.
- Deposit: Ask for a deposit by default, as an amount or a percentage.
- Terms & scheduling: Default terms, letting customers request a drop-off date, and Require every variant to be chosen.
- Google reviews: show reviews on proposals and how many.
The Proposal tab has its own Save Settings button.
Good to know
These settings apply to new documents only. Changing them never touches an invoice, quote or proposal you already made, and a new starting number doesn't renumber old invoices.
