The download button
The download icon beside the date range (Export CSV) downloads:
- On Overview, Revenue and Invoices: a summary of the main money figures.
- On Sales Tax: the period table.
- On Services: every service with units, revenue, estimated cost and profit, and average price.
- On Leads: the funnel.
- On Staff: the staff table.
Buttons inside a tab
- Payments: Export on Revenue by tender type, Detail for every payment line by line, and Export on By customer.
- Materials: Export on each table.
- Sales Tax: CSV on the table.
- Custom: CSV under the report.
On Payments, Materials and Custom, use the buttons inside the tab rather than the one beside the date range.
Common questions
#### Why doesn't Revenue match Payments?
Revenue counts invoices by their invoice date, paid or not. Payments counts money by the day it arrived. An invoice sent in March and paid in April is March revenue and an April payment.
#### Does revenue include tax?
Total Revenue does. Revenue by Category and the Sales Tax tab's Net sales are before tax.
#### Why is my win rate low for this month?
Leads still open count in the win rate. As they're won or lost, it settles. Look at an older range for a truer picture.
#### Can I see last year next to this year?
Tiles compare with the period just before. To compare two years, check This Year and Last Year one after the other, or build a custom report like "Revenue by month for the last two years".
#### Why does a service not show on the Services tab?
Only invoice lines picked from your services list count there. Lines typed in by hand don't.
#### Can I see reports on my phone?
Yes. The Wrapstart app has a Reports screen under More with the main numbers. Downloads are on the web.
