Search
Type in Search customers by name, email, phone... at the top of the Customers page. It searches all your customers by first name, last name, email, main phone and company name. Each word you type must match one of those.
Filters
- Source: where the customer came from, such as Website, Phone Call, Walk-in, Referral, Google Ads, Online Shop or one of your own sources.
- Date: when the customer was added. Pick All Time, Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days or Custom Range.
- Show Archived: the archive icon switches the list to archived customers only. Click it again to go back.
Active filters show as chips above the list. Close a chip to remove it, or click Clear all. Your filters and sort are remembered next time.
Sort
Click the Customer, Contact, Source, Created or Updated column heading. Click it again to reverse the order. The list starts with the newest customers first.
Pages
Use Per page at the bottom to show 10, 25, 50 or 100 customers at a time.
Good to know
On a phone, the list shows as cards and the Source and Date filters are hidden. Search still works.
