Fill in the booking
- Job Type: choose Vehicle Job, or General Job for work that isn't on a vehicle. A general job needs a Job Subject.
- Select Customer: switch between Customer and Lead, pick the person, then choose the vehicle under Select Vehicle.
- Linked Document: link the quote or other document this job comes from, if there is one.
- Booking Type: On-site for work at your shop, or Off-site for mobile work. Off-site jobs need a Service Location Address. Tick Use customer address to copy theirs.
- Services: add one or more services.
- Station: the bay the job goes in. On-site jobs need one, and it fills in from the service when it can.
- Employee: who does the work. Add more people to make a crew.
- Loaner Vehicle: lend the customer a car while theirs is in, if you keep loaners.
- Scheduling: the Start Date and Start Time. Click Add End Date for a job that runs over several days, and add a Pick-up Time. Set the Status.
- Notes: Customer-visible notes show on the customer's portal. Internal notes are for your team only.
- Click Create Booking.
Good to know
If the time overlaps another job, or the bay is already full for that day, Wrapstart warns you. It's a warning only, so you can still save.
