Facebook and Instagram
When connected, Facebook Lead Ads submissions, and new Messenger and Instagram messages, come in as leads.
the Facebook account you sign in with must have full control of the client's Facebook Page. The Page's Instagram account must be a professional account linked to that Page.
- Open Leads, click Lead Forms, then click the Facebook & Instagram card. (Or go to Integrations, then Facebook & Instagram.)
- Click Connect your Facebook Page and sign in to Facebook.
- Approve every permission Facebook asks for. Turning one off can stop Instagram or Lead Ads from coming through.
- Under Choose your business Page, pick the client's Page.
- The card now shows Connected with the Page's name, and and Instagram if the Instagram account came through too.
A Page can only be connected to one Wrapstart shop at a time.
if the client's Page uses Meta's Leads Access Manager, make sure Wrapstart is allowed to receive leads there. Then send a test lead with Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool and check it appears on the Leads page.
A form the client's website already has
Keep the existing form and send its submissions to Wrapstart instead of rebuilding it.
- Open Leads, click Lead Forms, then Website, then I already have a form on my site.
- Pick what the form is built on: Webflow, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Framer, Zapier / Make, or Custom HTML / API.
- Wrapstart shows a webhook address and step-by-step instructions for that platform. Paste the address into the form's webhook or integration setting.
- Send one real submission from the live form. Wrapstart detects it.
- Under Map your fields, match each of the form's fields to a Wrapstart field (first name, phone, vehicle and so on). Common fields match by themselves.
- You'll see You're connected.
Google and Meta tags (see Set up Google and Meta tracking) fire on Wrapstart-hosted forms only. For a connected existing form, keep tracking conversions with the tags already on the client's site.
