Connect it
- On Leads, click the Lead Forms icon, then Website, then I already have a form on my site.
- Pick what your site is built on: Custom HTML / API, Webflow, Zapier / Make, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify or Framer.
- Click Copy beside Your webhook URL, and follow the steps shown for your platform to paste it into your form's settings.
- Click Next — send a test submission, then send one real submission from your live form. Wrapstart detects it.
- Under Map your fields, match each of your form's fields to a Wrapstart field. Common ones match by themselves. Click Save and activate.
- You'll see You're connected. Click View leads to see the lead.
Squarespace forms have no webhook setting, so they connect through Zapier. The steps on screen walk you through it.
Example: Webflow
- In Webflow, open Site Settings, then Apps & Integrations, then Webhooks.
- Click Add Webhook, choose the trigger Form submission, and paste your webhook URL.
- Save. You can ignore the signing secret Webflow shows.
- Submit your live form once so Wrapstart can detect it.
After you connect
- The connection shows in Your Lead Forms with a name such as Webflow — receiver. Use Rename to change it. The name shows as each lead's source, and only new leads use a new name.
- To add or fix field mappings later, open the form's menu and choose External Integration, then Unmapped.
- To stop leads coming in, choose Deactivate or Delete Form.
Good to know
Google and Meta tags you add in Wrapstart fire on Wrapstart-hosted forms only. Keep the tracking you already have on your own site for a connected form.
