Leads

Assign leads to your team

Assigning a lead tells everyone who owns it. The person gets a notification with the lead's source, estimated value and status.

Assign one lead

  1. Open the lead. Click the assignee button next to the name. It shows Unassigned until someone owns the lead.
  2. Under Assign to, pick a team member, or Unassigned to clear it.

On the Leads page, the Assigned column has the same menu. You can also set Assigned to when you add or edit a lead.

Assign many leads

  1. Filter the list first, for example by service or source.
  2. Tick the leads, or tick the header box to select the whole page.
  3. Click Assign, choose the person under Assign to, and click Assign.

Hand a lead to the Lead Agent

In the same menu, under Wrapstart AI, choose Assign to Lead Agent. Once the agent is working the lead, the menu offers Pause agent, Resume agent, Restart agent and Stop agent.

Share new leads out automatically

  1. Go to Automations and create an automation with the New Lead trigger.
  2. Add the Assign Lead to Team Member action.
  3. Pick an Assignment Mode: Round robin, Least loaded (fewest open leads) or Specific team member, and choose who is in the Rotation Pool.
Good to know

Assigning one lead runs your Lead Assigned automations. Assigning many at once notifies the person but doesn't run them. Nobody is notified when they assign a lead to themselves.

Tip

Use the Assignee filter with Assigned to me to see only your own leads.
