Account Manager

As an Account Manager you'll own a book of wrap, PPF, and tint shops and be their trusted point of contact at Wrapstart. Your job is to make sure every shop in your portfolio gets more value out of the platform every month — keeping them happy, helping them grow, and growing their accounts alongside them.

You'll occasionally join the team on the road at major industry events — including SEMA 2026, WTFC 2026, and Mobile Tech Rx 2027 — to meet your accounts face to face and strengthen those relationships in person.

What you'll do

  • Own relationships across a portfolio of shop accounts from onboarding through renewal
  • Drive retention by proactively spotting risk and stepping in before it becomes churn
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities that genuinely help the shop
  • Run regular check-ins, reviews, and account planning calls
  • Partner with success and support to resolve issues quickly
  • Represent your accounts in person at select industry events

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
  • A relationship-builder who's comfortable owning revenue targets
  • Consultative instincts — you lead with the customer's outcome
  • Familiarity with the wrap/PPF/tint/detailing trade is a strong plus
  • Open to occasional travel for industry events
